Incredible, Edible, Field Greens of Lazio 02/02 by How to Tour Italy | Blog Talk Radio

I was recently interviewed again on the How To Tour Italy radio show.  Here you can listen to me speaking about edible greens in the Lazio kitchen:  Foraging for them from the garden, local vineyard and of course speaking about ARTICHOKES.

  1. I just listened to the whole show. Wow, that was exciting! It was great to finally hear your voice, as you've heard mine for the past 5 years, so it's only fair I hear yours.

    You sounded very knowledgeable and articulate. I was impressed. I learned a lot from your segment. You should definitely consider doing more broadcasts.

    I remember picking dandelions out of the grass as a little kid at my parents' house, and eating them. I am sure I'm not the only kid to try that. I don't recall how they tasted, though. I'm surprised to learn that people actually consider that cuisine.
